We recently purchased a home in Las Vegas. As we were not familiar with any contractors in the area, we found ourselves trusting the advise of a neighbor. The name Tony Payson…”The Appreciated Painter” was given to us. After contacting Tony Payson, it quickly became apparent that we had made a great choice. Tony is perfectly suited to his profession. We found him to be organized, have great communication skills (both verbal and electronic), super ideas, extensive knowledge, and excellent workmanship with attention to details. Let me start off by saying thank you for all your compassion and generosity that you have shared with us n the last year. With out your knowledge and professionalism, our projects would not come to be. As you know both buildings are government owned and they are very particular on how things are done because of the historic status. You made such a great impression on the Las Vegas Centennial Committee, they can’t wait to see what we have next on the agenda. KCEP and the EOB building, formerly known as the West Side School and The Vegas Heights Community Center mean more than you could ever imagine to the West Side of Las Vegas. When you visit the neighborhoods in which these buildings are located in, you can see a sense of pride and ownership that has not existed since I have been in the neighborhood. We also appreciate all the in kind donations that you gathered from all your professional contacts. We didn’t have the money to pay for any of the things like paint, carpet, furniture, electrical work and plumbing. I had no idea that people in Las Vegas had such big hearts. The Vegas Heights Community Center, since it has been opened after your rehab on it, has been instrumental to families in the direct community. It now houses programs that feed over 100 families a week, provides after school tutoring, parenting classes, job training, basic computer training and it offers a safe place for families to come and hang out to say the least. Once again, we want to say thanks the support that you brought to the West Side.

When I first contacted you, the Appreciated Painter, in May 2008 explaining our needs of renovating our recently purchased condominium in Summerlin I explained that we were still living in Baltimore, MD and would not be there to oversee the project. We were so pleased that you personally assured us that you would coordinate all of the licensed contractors for us. And what a easy process it became!
We would like to thank you for the many referrals to your contractors group. We were able to use the services of yourself, from color consultation, extensive interior painting, and your personal project management services. The other excellent services we received were: Two Tone Painting and Handyman Services doing the demolition, drywall repair, new baseboards, door repairs and electrical and plumbing services; All American Repair Services did an excellent job of removing an old shower stall and installing beautiful new tile and shower doors, and the repair of the fireplace; Premier Professional did the refinishing of the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom vanities which made a drab kitchen just Pop!; The Flooring Company was very patient sending us tile samples to Baltimore when my original scope of the tile and granite changed. They did a very handsome job of the granite in the kitchen, and two bathrooms, along with wall to wall tile for the entire condo.

When the air conditioner wasn't working, one call to you, and I had a licensed HVAC technician at the condo in hours to fix the problem. Finally, at the end of the project, we were referred within your group to a pest control company and a locksmith.
To top it all off, Beaver Interiors is handling the final touch with custom window finishings. Liz Beaver was so helpful in guiding us in our selection for window coverings. They have yet to be installed, but I know I can rest assured that based on the professional work of all of your contractors group, that my husband and I will be very pleased with our new window treatments.
Once again, thank you so much for doing first class work for our new beautiful home in the West. We will definitely refer your group to our new neighbors.

All in all, their 3 man crew painted the interior of my 4000 sq ft. house, including all baseboards, doors, and banisters in less than 3 days, and Edith had it all decorated and done in the same amount of time. I just wanted to give you all a recommendation for their incredible work, I've never been so impressed, especially with the mix of affordability, speed, and quality that they provide. It's very rare. They work out of the Las Vegas area, so for any job large or small, painting, staging, decorating, etc, give them a call. Edith can stage with any budget--she's amazing. They're also willing to travel for larger jobs, and the crew is all nice, clean, friendly and excessively polite.
